Back in 392 BC, Aristophanes strung together 172 letters just to roast the culinary snobs of his day (and describe a truly chaotic meat stew).

We are skipping the shark heads and the snobbery, but keeping the anti-pretension vibe for our next V-Nourish supper club. We are resurrecting his masterpiece because food culture could use a little more humor and a lot less stiffness.

This October, we are stripping away all the dinner-party theater and building a proper, table-groaning Greek feast around one single table.

No hushed tones or architectural plating—just deep, rustic autumn flavors, overflowing vegetarian platters meant to be passed and torn apart, and a room full of people who came to actually eat.

If you want to come hungry, lose track of time, and eat until you laugh, pull up a chair.

  • Gathering: limited seats available to retain the intimate nature of the gathering
