Roll Up Your Sleeves There is something primal and deeply satisfying about the scent of fresh bread. In this intensive, four-hour workshop, we will explore the versatile world of flatbreads and the rustic charm of soda bread.
Whether you are a seasoned home baker or have never touched dough in your life, this class is designed to give you the confidence to bake at home. We’ll focus on technique, texture, and the art of bread making.
What’s on the Menu:
The Flatbread Masterclass: Learning to create charred, pillowy, and versatile flatbreads from scratch.
The Perfect Soda Bread: Mastering the art of the "no-yeast" loaf—quick, crusty, and full of character.
Beyond Hummus: We will craft a few unconventional plant-based dips and spreads that elevate your bread from a side dish to a centerpiece.
The Grand Tasting: We’ll end the afternoon together, breaking bread and enjoying the fruits of our labor with a tasting of everything we’ve made.
